Tropical Storm Debby: Not Like Other Storms

Though Chatham County is accustomed to the wind damage of tropical storms, Tropical Storm Debby was different, dropping buckets of rain that raised the Ogeechee River to near-record levels, flooding neighborhoods and sparking emergency rescues.
